The Hybrid In-Line Bale Wrapper for round or square bales is the cream of our crop, it has a               capacity of 120 bales per hour and includes features like self-propelled traction wheels, braking system for compaction, hydraulic steering and a completely automatic system. An optional remote control       allows you one-man operation of the wrapper from your tractor seat.

The Hybrid is a very efficient hay bale wrapper that can wrap up to 120 bales an hour, with big savings in time and money.

Principal characteristics:

  • Two 30" steel stretchers that provide better conservation of bales by stretching the plastic up to 65%. A “plastic watch” is also offered (stops the system when the plastic film breaks).

  •  Easy to operate controls :
      - hydraulic steering
      - hydraulic brake system with pressure gauge
      - emergency stopping valve
      - valve for hoop speed control
      - automatic hoop starting system (when you unload the bale)

  • Locking system for the hoop, which facilitates installation of the plastic rollers

  • V-shaped rollers that keep the bale in the middle, even on rough terrain

  • Includes a powerful 13hp Honda engine with an electric starter and an automatic stopping system when oil is low

  • Can be operated by the fully automatic system that runs all the hydraulic systems once the bale is dropped, or with remote steering that allows complete control of the machine from the tractor

  • Hydraulic jack which raises the machine to get the first bale started and for easy draw bar hook up
